According to research related to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the rate of diagnosis among children in the United State is 1 in 54. April is the month to celebrate the differences, increase awareness about autism signs, symptoms and opportunities through: information and referrals, events, printed and digital resources, and community partnerships with businesses and organizations dedicated to building inclusive experiences.
