Mission Statement
Dekalb Co. SB40/The Developmental Link, serves individuals in Dekalb County, who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability.

Services Available/Provided/Purchased
Financial support given to Clinco & UCP. Individuals who qualify may request assistance for necessary services/supports related to the individual’s needs. All requests must be board-approved.

Referral/Eligibility
Eligibility is determined by a diagnosed developmental disability, by a physician , or through intake at the Albany or Kansas City Regional Office.

Board of Directors Meetings
Meetings are held every other month, with an additional meeting in December, at the DeKalb County SB40 office.
