Developmental Disabilities is the oldest Senate Bill 40 Board in
Missouri having passed the levy in 1970. A
full array of services for persons with developmetal disabilities
is offered.

Referral/Eligibility
Anyone may refer themselves
or someone else they think would be eligible due to a developmental
disability. Documentation of the developmental disability through
medical or educational records is required. In addition, anyone
who is a client of Hannibal Regional Office is eligible for services
from PCADD. Pike County residents receive preference over out-of
county consumers.
